Any items notified by local courier service to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearers from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof, ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs) will not be shipped. You may be informed of the same in case such situations arise.

• Free shipping is offered to customers only in India.
• For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹ 30,000/-

 DELIVERY TIMELINE

All domestic orders will take approximately 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. INSURANCE

Sheetal Batra insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sheetal Batra  and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

All orders are processed from our New Delhi craft studio. Each piece has its own creation timeline, which is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Once dispatched:

• International deliveries typically arrive within 4–7 business days
• Domestic deliveries take approximately 2–5 business days

Yes. At Sheetal Batra, we offer bespoke customisation to ensure every piece feels uniquely yours.
Most styles can be customised in terms of colour, silhouette, blouse design, neckline, length, and select design refinements, subject to feasibility. All garments are tailored to your measurements at no additional charge.
Certain design modifications may incur an additional cost, which will be clearly communicated at the time of confirmation.

What if my measurements don’t align with the size chart?

Our garments are designed to be tailored to your exact measurements. Simply share your details at the time of ordering, and our team will customise the piece to ensure an impeccable fit—at no additional charge.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes. If your garment is delivered in the correct size but requires minor fit adjustments, our team will be happy to assist.
You will only be required to bear the shipping cost for sending the garment back to us. The alterations themselves will be carried out at no additional charge, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
