REPAIR
Sheetal Batra guarantees to mend any standard wear and tear on your clothing at no cost, and additionally offers all our clients the option to utilize a paid service for repairing torn or damaged items at a minimal fee.
RENEW
We believe our embroideries & work is meant to last years and even decades. This certification is assurance that you can always come back to us incase your outfits need a renewal.
REVIVE
Our heritage embroideries, including our signature Kashmiri Tilla is something we want you to pass on many generations!
We assure you that your products are always welcome back, for a revival in any form you like.
Our handcrafted garments are built to last, and we promise that with our repair and refurbishment services.
- Heritage & Trust Certification covers all garments priced above INR 25,000 purchased via www.sheetalbatra.com or within our Flagship store.
- Products purchased within 365 days are protected from regular wear and tear, allowing unlimited complimentary refurbishment.
- Bridal pieces are included in the Complimentary Heritage & Trust Certification for up to 3 years from purchase.
Upon your purchase, you will receive a digital card, ensuring the craftsmanship and quality of your garment.

Terms & Conditions
- Alterations are excluded from the scope of this service.
- Any torn products may require replacement rather than refurbishment, and such replacements will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
- The revival service which requires change of style and cloth is chargeable.
- This service is exclusively available for garments purchased directly from our website or stores and must be accompanied by their original invoices, whether digital or physical.
- Examples of regular wear and tear include unravelling embroidery or threads, pilling of fabric, and discoloration of fabric.
- The prescribed wash-care instructions for the garments must be strictly followed. Any garments that are hand-washed in contravention of specific instructions will forfeit their warranty.
- All shipping costs must be covered by the client.
