Return Policy

Eligible Items: Must be returned within 7 days from delivery, in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and in original packaging.

Discounted Items: Products bought on sale or with promotions or loyalty points cannot be returned unless damaged.

Credit Notes & Gift Cards: Products purchased via gift cards and credit notes can be exchanged if eligible, but not refunded.

Accessories: Jewelry, potlis, juttis, and gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

International Orders: No returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective goods. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are non-refundable.
Exchange/Alteration for Customised or Made-to-Order Items

No exchanges allowed for customized or made-to-order items.

If the wrong size is ordered, alterations can be made without charges, but shipping costs apply.

Alterations may take up to 15 days or longer, depending on the complexity.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are at the discretion of the company.

Cancelled orders will result in a credit to the original payment method.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds for international orders do not cover duties, taxes, or tariffs.
Sale Items

Merchandise bought on discount is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
